The Virtual Academy is structured in 8 sessions. The first and last are face-to-face meetings. Sessions 2-7 includes three parts:

1. Face-to-face (a.k.a. F-T-F) Meetings to develop understanding of terminology, research, and instructional/assessment strategies;

2. Readings & Reviews of articles to deepen understanding; and

3. Applications & Observations of new instructional strategies/assessments in individual classrooms.
