Interactive Presentations.

As teams work through the presentations they are prompted to react to or comment on concepts and information presented. All participants recieve the comments as email messages because they are subscribed to the presenatation. This provides opportunities for follow-up comments/questions between teams/participants.

Group Space.

Reviews of readings and reflections on classroom work will be posted and discussed in the group space. Participants will be subscribed to the threads so that they receive copies of all postings and have the opportunity to engage in conversation.

Calendar.

Teams post their meeting schedules in the calendar. An event submission form can be found at the bottom of the calendar.

Early Literacy Portal.

The portal includes quality resources, tools, and other materials that have been catalogued by Nevada Reading First staff. Resources are searchable by keyword and/or full text. During the course of the Virtual Academy you will use resources from the portal as well as refer new resources to the portal.
