Repeated Reading Chart
For fluency practice, students can do 4 Reads of a Passage. They should read the same passage and record their words correct per minute on a chart for comparison. By the fourth time, they are all warmed up and it will most likely be their best time, thus illustrating to students that they really can improve with practice.
