Annual Performance Reports

The Annual Performance Report (APR) for the 2007-08 school year is due October 1, 2008. Each district/consortium participating in Nevada Reading First must submit an APR for the 2006-07 school year. Download and Print the APR Checklist below.

APR Data Template

Download and complete your district/consortium's Annual Performance Report Data Template below. (This template is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. To complete the spreadsheet, follow the directions on the first tab and provide data for each school in the yellow cells. Please do not alter the template in any way.)

Pacing Schedules
Each school participating in Nevada Reading First for the 2006-07 school year must create pacing schedules for its core reading program. For information about pacing schedules, see http://www.nevadareading.org/resourcecenter/readingprograms/pacingschedule.html

Annual Performance Reports are due October 1, 2008.
