The Advisory Council and the State Task Force are committed to implementing a comprehensive evaluation program focused on the purpose, goals and objectives of the project. Moreover, evaluation is used as a tool to inform effectively the ongoing work with teachers and children. The formal evaluation of Nevada Reading First is a collaborative effort. The outside contractor, MGT of America, works closely with the Department of Education and the state.
